Also, as ANOTHER promotion, we are offering free use of this awesome tent (2-3 person one) to whoever books & stays at our campground. We decided it would be nice to offer this to folks who may be interested in trying camping for 1st time & didn't want to invest in their own tent just yet, or it could also benefit if you decide to bring a friend or family member & you all need an extra tent. Coming in October-We will have this little electric generator booster in case you need to use it. We thought it would be nice to offer this to our guests until we have a real full electric hook-up.

Also, now we have a BBQ available to guests during their stay! Inquire about this and the rest, just contact us.

We are a small family business offering private land for recreational short-term rental use, such as RV/Motorhome use, tent camping/glamping, tiny cabins, & archery hunting in scenic Smithville Flats, Upstate NY.
